Pakistan’s Babar Azam has dropped out of the ICC Men’s T20I top 10 rankings, slipping to 12th place, while Mohammad Rizwan fell to 13th, as no Pakistani batter featured among the top 10 in the latest update issued on Wednesday.
However, several other Pakistani players made significant strides following their impressive performances during the recent 3-0 series whitewash against Bangladesh.
Player of the Series Mohammad Haris made the most remarkable jump, climbing 210 spots to reach 30th in the T20I Batter Rankings. Haris delivered a match-winning century in the third T20I, scoring an unbeaten 107 off just 46 balls. His explosive run tally totaled 167 runs in the series at a strike rate of 201.12.

Middle-order batter Hasan Nawaz also shone, finishing second in the series with 121 runs and a strike rate of 198.36. He moved up 57 places to joint-45th. Among other notable movers, Bangladesh’s Tanzid Hasan climbed 28 places to No. 53, while Pakistan captain Salman Ali Agha rose 42 spots to 75th.

On the bowling front, Abbas Afridi impressed with 2/26 in the third match, jumping 18 spots to a shared 19th place alongside Anrich Nortje and Haris Rauf. Shadab Khan’s all-round performance—55 runs and four wickets—helped him move to 14th in the all-rounders’ rankings.
While Pakistan showed dominance against Bangladesh, England also swept their series 3-0 against West Indies, with strong performances from Joe Root, Ben Duckett, and Harry Brook impacting the ICC ODI rankings.
