In Karachi’s Korangi No. 4 area, a traffic police officer allegedly displayed inhuman behavior by violently throwing a young girl onto the road, causing her injuries.
Following the viral circulation of the incident’s video on social media, there has been widespread public outrage. According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred when the officer, in a fit of anger over a minor issue, forcefully pushed the girl onto the road.
The fall caused injuries to her hands and knees. Citizens present at the scene raised their voices against the traffic officer, but there has been no official response or action reported from the concerned authorities so far.
Local residents stated that traffic police officers posted in Korangi No. 4 often misbehave with the public and, instead of managing traffic, are busy issuing fines and making threats.
Citizens alleged that several officers are reportedly involved in collecting money through illegal means on a daily basis, while no practical steps are being taken to improve traffic flow.
This incident has sparked a new debate on social media, where a large number of citizens are criticizing the behavior of the traffic police and demanding justice for the affected girl.
